No times today..I was way too busy. The heat is just about worn me down. I'm so tired of summer! Just a few more weeks and I'll be really nuts!~

My eats:

coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

breakfast: 1/4 recipe protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

24 oz water with ice, non-caffeinated

1/2 left over burrito with sausage

24 oz water with ice and drink mix, caffeinated

24 oz water with ice, non-caffeinated

lunch: 5 oz cooked steak, 1/2 cup mixed canned veggies

24 oz water with ice, non-caffeinated

1 hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix and ice, non-caffeinated

dinner: Fried chicken from Albertsons: 1 small drumstick, 1 small thigh and 1/3 cup potato salad.

I'm really tired. I think I'll be going to bed early. The heat really takes it out of me!

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1722
Fat: 95.4
Carbs: 97.3

I'm with you on this heat.  It's killing me.  And now I am listening to my husband have what is the beginings of an epic meltdown on his computer.  It is going to be one fun night tonight folks (can you hear the sarcasm...)

Anyway here is my food for the day:

32oz water and pm vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 4oz boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp jalpeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, 1/4 cup avacado, lettuce/grated carrots/grated red cabbage/red pepper/peppercinis
48oz water and pm vitamins
D: Flatout Flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions, seasoned ground turkey, fat free re-fried beans, 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
S: 3 homemade almond/banana/oatmeal/vanilla protein powder sugar free cookies

Cals: 1613, fat: 90, carbs: 106, protein: 104

Okay the cookies (recipe came from Pinterest) are amazing.  I love them and want to marry them.  I am so grateful to be finding things I like, can eat and am not killing myself by putting into my body.  Husband is quiet.  I hope that is a good thing.  Maybe I'll share one of the cookies ;)

OMG..speaking of male meltdowns..my daughter called. Her husband failed to appear on a speeding ticket..just totally blew it off and didn't pay any attention to the date ON THE TICKET..so now it's a $1000 failure to appear on top of the ticket and the driver's training..My daughter is BESIDE herself because his hours are being cut; her hours are being cut. They're going to have to cut into their savings and they wanted that so she could plan to have a baby.

I told her, the reason they do that is that they are male and we're suppose to take care of them. If they didn't need to be taken care of, we wouldn't be as attracted to them..it's just our job to be their mother..poor girl. I told her my grandfather was so intelligent he was stupid when it came to common sense, my dad was like that, BOTH my husband's were/are like that. I told her "Im sorry because it's definitely how I raised you...sadly!"

Men..it's hard to live with them and 25 to life if you kill 'em.
